Optimizations

All servers
1. Medium AP Ammo (Vehicle)’s damage against vehicles increased to 30%
2. The range of Automatic Ballista while shooting stone arrows changed to 50 meter
3. Maximum range for "Devastator" Auto Gun increased to 130 meter
4. Optimized the continuous moving speed triggered by the spring board
5. Ladders can be placed on pillars
6. New short-cut key [Shift+Z] to toggle the chat interface
7. Scroll up and down in the chat interface to view the chat history
8. Removed Metal Processor, and moved the relevant items to the Forging Table
9. Removed Medical Table, and moved the relevant items to the Medical Station
10. Removed Grinding Table, and moved the relevant items to Chemist's Bench
11. Removed Fermenter, and moved the relevant items to Chemist's Bench
12. Removed Gear Crafting Table, and moved the relevant items to Weapon Crafting Table (and changed the name to Personal Gear Crafting table)

14. Hops will not be used as fuel, it will be consumed while making Alcohol

1. Added the maximum levels for followers in the game creating interface

Bugs Fixed
1. Some vehicles will move while parked on a slope
2. Some places will be unbuildable once the followers moved away from that spot
3. After you command the followers to attack steel shield, followers will move close to the target first
